In 2018, Mc3iroy Architecture was retained to design the renovation and modification of approximately 3,800 square feet on the second level of an existing medical or administrative facility. The expansion was developed to support the growing needs of the organization and to optimize space utilization, comfort, and compliance with updated building and life safety codes.

Programmed Spaces Included:

• 3 Patient Exam Rooms
• 10 Private Offices
• 1 Conference Room
• Nurses’ Station
• Kitchen/Break Room
• Restrooms
• General and Secure Storage Rooms
• Circulation Areas and Stairways (Code-Compliant Egress)

The design also incorporated essential infrastructure upgrades, including:

• HVAC system improvements to support increased occupancy and indoor air quality
• Electrical upgrades for enhanced lighting, equipment loads, and safety systems
• Life safety enhancements such as the addition of new, code-compliant exit stairwells and fire protection measures

Occupant Load: 65 persons (estimated)
