Jackson Hinds Comprehensive Medical Center
Location: Utica, Mississippi

Mc3lroy Architecture was commissioned to design a new 5,100-square-foot comprehensive medical facility to serve the Jackson community. This modem healthcare center is thoughtfully planned to deliver a wide range of services under one roof, promoting convenience, continuity of care, and improved patient outcomes.

The facility includes:

• Primary Care and Preventive Services
  Specialty Medical Services
• Diagnostic and Laboratory Services
• Health and Wellness Program Areas

Site Improvements were also a vital part of the project scope, featuring

• A dedicated surface parking lot to accommodate patient and staff vehicles, including accessible parking stalls to meet ADA requirements
• Landscaping enhancements with native plantings, shade trees, and green buffers to promote a welcoming, healing environment
• Pedestrian pathways and lighting for safety and ease of access

This facility was designed to serve as a central hub for community health-fostering access, comfort, and care for residents of Jackson and the surrounding area.
