Mills Contracting is a single story, pre engineered metal building structure, 4,800 square feet commercial office building. The program contains two executive offices, and seven employee offices. An executive conference room, staff conference room and break room, reception area and waiting lobby, and administrative support spaces. There is also an outdoor covered veranda, for office events.
The exterior veneer is masonry brick, with a standing seam metal roof, and aluminum storefront windows and entrances.
Site development included twenty-three parking spaces, landscaping and retention pond, along with a regulation size pickle ball court.
