lowa Hall, originally built in 1941, has served multiple purposes over the years, including as a cafeteria, dormitory, and academic building. Following a complete renovation, it now functions as a three-story girls’ dormitory, accommodating 62 students.

The Zilpha E. Chandler Library has also undergone a full renovation and continues to serve as the campus library, preserving its essential role in student learning and research.
