Huston-Tillotson University’s strategic master plan was developed in 2024 by Mc3LROY Architecture, the Architect of Record, in collaboration with Smallwood Architecture as the Design Architect. Mc3LROY Architecture was selected to address the university’s critical need for a comprehensive master plan that not only meets immediate infrastructural and space requirements but also aligns with its long-term strategic vision.

The master plan serves as a vital framework for guiding future campus development, enhancing facilities, optimizing space utilization, and ensuring that the physical environment supports the university’s mission, vision, and values.
