Planned to be situated near H.P. Jacobs Administration Tower at the northwest corner of Dalton and Lynch Streets, the proposed Urban Life Center was envisioned as part of a prime campus location. Adjacent to the Administration Building, the main north-south vehicular route, and a Pedestrian Plaza, the project was designed to include three key components: an Urban Life Center, a Recreation Center, and a 300-car parking deck.
